The invention discloses a quantum well infrared detector of a photonic crystal coupling narrowband response. A photonic crystal is combined with a quantum well infrared detecting unit; and the photonic crystal, as a coupling unit, is directly nested in the infrared detecting unit. The modulation of a periodic surface structure and the photonic crystal to photon state leads the response of the quantum well infrared detecting unit to specific wave bands to be strengthened, while the response to other wave bands is restrained, thus achieving the detection of narrow band. Compared with the traditional quantum well detector, the detector has the advantages as follows: firstly, response wave band is narrow. The detector can regulate the position of peak response wavelength through the regulation and control of the photonic crystal to the photon state and the self structure control of the quantum well; secondly, the detection efficiency of the peak wavelength is high. Due to the realization of the control of the photon state, the detection efficiency is improved; and thirdly, user-oriented design is facilitated. New design dimension is provided for the regulation and control of the photon state, thus being more convenient for optimizing the matching property of response wave band of product according to the needs of the users.

Method for detecting coupling response of transmission cables excited by plane electromagnetic waves

The invention discloses a method for detecting coupling response of transmission cables excited by plane electromagnetic waves. The method is based on a frequency spectrum structure, a field-line coupling physical model and an equivalent circuit model of the incident plane electromagnetic waves and compares the relation of the wavelength gamma 0 of the incident waves with a model met by the length 1 of the transmission cables, thereby respectively obtaining a low-frequency lumped parameter model L(E<inc>,1) and a high-frequency distributed parameter model H(E0, fi, 1, d, alpha, psi and phi); then a first current response I low and a second current response I high are output after the respective treatment of the two models, and the coupling response of the transmission cables is finally obtained after overlapping the first current response I low and the second current response I high. The method simplifies the field-to-line frequency band coupling to the frequency point coupling by seeking peak response frequency points and combines the road model and the distributed parameter model, thereby being capable of rapidly obtaining the response of terminal current of the transmission cables excited by any plane electromagnetic wave. The method simplifies the filed-line coupling problem under the complicated electromagnetic environment and simultaneously provides the reference for the design of equipment-level electromagnetic compatibility and system-level electromagnetic compatibility.

Anti-occlusion correlation filtering tracking method and system/device based on multi-peak response

The invention discloses an anti-occlusion correlation filtering tracking method and system / device based on multi-peak response. When a target is occluded, most correlation filtering tracking algorithms generate false tracking, an object which occluds the target is regarded as the target, and then a template is updated, so that a model drifts, and finally the tracking fails. According to the anti-occlusion related filtering tracking method, whether a current frame target is occluded or not is detected firstly, and template updating of the current frame is stopped under the condition that it isjudged that the current frame target is occluded early, so that wrong information cannot be learned, and model drifting is prevented. Secondly, an occlusion processing mechanism is added in the anti-occlusion correlation filtering tracking method, the optimal target position of the current frame is found out, when the target appears again, tracking is still correct, and therefore the accuracy androbustness of the tracking algorithm are further improved.

Method for improving the signal to noise ratio of a wave form

A method for improving the signal to noise ratio of an EEG signal in which a wavelet packet decomposition having a plurality of levels is first applied to a time slice of the EEG signal. A default signal is set to the first wavelet packet and a default peak response is then calculated for the first wavelet node. An update signal is set to the default signal combined with another of the wavelet nodes and an update peak response signal is then calculated of the update signal. If the update peak response signal exceeds the default peak response, the default peak response is set equal to the update peak response and the default signal is set equal to the update signal. Otherwise, the value of the current node is set to zero which effectively eliminates the signal data of the current wavelet node. These steps are reiterated for all of the wavelet nodes and, thereafter, a composite waveform of the EEG signal is reconstructed from the non-zero wavelet nodes.
