Abstract

The invention relates to a method of parameterizing rules for broadcasting personal data of a user (U) of a social network with respect to target contacts. The method is to acquire the behavior data of the target contact. As a function of the acquired behavioral data and the sensitivity profile defined by the user, an assessment score is assigned to the target contact regarding the riskiness represented by dissemination of the user's personal data. Recommendations are issued for users to parameterize the rules for broadcasting their personal data as a function of the score assigned to the target contacts.
