Abstract

The invention relates to equipment and a method for silk-screen printing, in particular to equipment and a method for depositing a patterning layer on a substrate through silk-screen printing. The equipment comprises a substrate support, a silk screen, a printing scraper and an air blower. The substrate is supported on the substrate support. The silk screen is arranged above the substrate support, and a space is formed between the silk screen and the substrate support. The printing scraper is used for applying force to the silk screen to enable printing materials to be spread on the silk screen and transferred onto the substrate to form the patterning layer. The air blower comprises an air source and an outlet portion connected with the air source. In the process of screen-printing, the air blower blows air to the space between the silk screen and the substrate support so as to generate an air flow in the space, so that accuracy of patterns is improved while process cost and complexity are not increased remarkably.
