[0031] (1) Sample pretreatment

[0032] In this example, the crude oil sample was collected from the Yajiao-Xingou low uplift of Jianghan Oilfield. First, about 30 mg of the crude oil sample was taken, dissolved in an appropriate amount of n-hexane, and left standing for 12 hours overnight. Use a funnel plugged with absorbent cotton to filter out asphaltenes, collect the filtrate in an Erlenmeyer flask, remove the Erlenmeyer flask after filtration, replace it with a small beaker, and rinse with chloroform to obtain asphaltene. The Erlenmeyer flask was rotatably evaporated in a water bath at 46°C to about 3ml to obtain a filtrate concentrate.

[0033]Take the absorbent cotton, fine silica gel and alumina (mass ratio 3:2) activated by chloroform extraction and put them into a glass chromatography column in sequence, add n-hexane to rinse, wait until the bubbles are completely discharged, and then add the filtrate concentrate to the glass chromatography column. In the column, wh...

Abstract

The invention provides a comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography quantitative analysis method of an aromatic sterane compound in petroleum. The method comprises the following steps: fully dissolving and soaking crude oil with a solvent and then filtering to obtain a filtrate; heating to evaporate and concentrate the filtrate to prepare filtrate concentrate; collecting a saturated hydrocarbon group component and an aromatic group component; preparing a saturated hydrocarbon group component sample and an aromatic group component sample and storing the samples at low temperature; analyzing the two samples by using a comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatograph and a flight time mass detector; performing data processing on spectrograms obtained in the steps to obtain corresponding retention time and peak area integration result. The analysis method can be used for performing full oil analysis and group component analysis; an orthogonal separation system thereof can completely separate the aromatic steroid hydrocarbons from alkane, so that the problems such as common rolling peak, base line interference and insufficient peak capacity can be excellently solved, and the aromatic sterane compound can be accurately measured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography quantitative analysis method for aromatic sterane compounds in petroleum samples, in particular to a comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry quantitative analysis method for triaromatic sterane compounds in petroleum samples, which belongs to petroleum The field of sample analysis technology. Background technique [0002] Aromatized steranes are highly specific to crude oils ranging from immature to mature. During the late stage of the oil window, most other biomarker parameters have failed as indicators of maturity, because aromatized sterane side chain scission is more difficult to occur than isomerization, and aromatized steranes can still accurately identify Crude oil maturity, depositional environment, etc. are judged. Therefore, aromatized steranes are of great significance to the exploration and development of oil and gas. [...
