The open-loop driving control system comprises a computer control module, a DDS (digital display scope) driving circuit module, a quartz piezoelectric gyroscope module and a detection circuit module, wherein the computer control module is used for setting a waveform, an amplitude value, a frequency and a phase of a driving signal of the DDS driving circuit module; the DDS driving circuit module is used for providing a four-phase driving signal to the quartz piezoelectric gyroscope module or used as an exciting source of the quartz piezoelectric gyroscope module and also used for providing a reference signal to the detection circuit module; the quartz piezoelectric gyroscope module is excited or driven under the signal provided by the DDS driving circuit module and generates a detection signal; the detection circuit module is used for processing the generated detection signal.
