Abstract

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing 3D stream scenes. The method comprises three steps including input video initialization, single frame synthesis, and video synthesis. The method comprise: firstly, reestablishing streams in an original video and transforming the streams into a 3D space, performing statistic on the histograms of all marginal areas in a first frame of the original video and performing approximate classification on the marginal areas with the statistical information of the histograms; then, synthesizing the first frame with a result of the classification, wherein a multiband smoothing algorithm is used to remove unreal marginal parts generated in a synthesizing process; and finally, synthesizing subsequent frames with the first frame and the synthetic information of the first frame. The method is capable of effectively extracting 2D video stream information and synthesizing 3D stream videos in any size. Synthesized texture is consistent with the texture of the original video.
