Embodiment Construction

[0054] Such as figure 1 As shown, in one embodiment, a magnetic resonance fast parameter imaging method includes the following steps:

[0055] Step S20 , reconstructing the target image sequence according to the undersampled magnetic resonance signal and prior information to obtain the target image sequence, where the prior information is information known in advance during the parameter estimation process.

[0056] In this embodiment, prior information refers to all prior knowledge about signal characteristics, such as sparsity, smoothness, and exponential decay characteristics. Among them, the exponential decay characteristic is determined by the physical model of the signal, that is, the information that can be known in advance in parameter estimation. The target image sequence can be obtained by reconstructing the target image sequence by using prior information and undersampled magnetic resonance signals. Since the information that can be known in advance in the paramet...

Abstract

The invention provides a fast magnetic resonance parametric imaging method. The method comprises the first step of performing target image sequence reconstruction according to undersampling magnetic resonance signals and priori information to obtain a target image sequence, wherein the priori information is foreknown information in the process of parameter estimation, and the second step of substituting the target image sequence into a parameter estimation model to generate a parametric image. Because the priori information in the step of the parameter estimation is introduced into the step of the image sequence reconstruction, reconstruction errors caused in the process of compressed perception image reconstruction can be corrected, and the accuracy of the parametric image generated through the parameter estimation model is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of imaging technology, in particular to a magnetic resonance fast parameter imaging method and system. Background technique [0002] Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an imaging technique that uses atomic nuclei to resonate in a magnetic field to generate signals and reconstruct images. Magnetic resonance imaging is widely used in the imaging field because of its advantages of safety, speed and accuracy. Among them, magnetic resonance parametric imaging provides a method that can quantitatively analyze the biochemical properties of living tissues. However, parametric MRI imaging is slow due to the need to continuously acquire a series of images, limiting its widespread clinical use. [0003] Compressed sensing is an advanced technique for accelerating magnetic resonance imaging. The MRI parametric imaging method based on compressed sensing includes two steps: image sequence reconstruction and parameter estimation....
