Problems solved by technology

[0005] However, in the current sheep shearing tanning method, even if it is chrome-free tanning, or even metal-free tanning, the tanning process needs to go through a pickling step, wherein the purpose of the pickling step is to open the fibers of the fur to facilitate subsequent processes. Therefore, in the operation process of the pickling step, some volatile acids will bring pungent odor, which is unfavorable to the human body and cause a certain degree of environmental pollution at the same time. Moreover, the pickling step requires Adding a large amount of industrial salt to the solution does not meet the national environmental protection regulations

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for tanning sheep shorn-pile. The method comprises the following steps: 11) degreasing, namely, adding water into a paddle-tumbler, subsequently adding degreasing agent, an enzymic preparation and sodium carbonate, adjusting the pH value of a first solution to be 7.3-7.8 so as to obtain a first solution, and stirring the first solution; 12) tanning the degreased fur by using an organic phosphine tanning agent; 13) oxidizing to remove the residual tanning agent; 14) re-tanning the fur after the oxidation is accomplished; 15) whitening, wet-grinding, cleaning, drying and settling the fur. According to the method for tanning sheep shorn-pile, the pickling step in the conventional tanning method is replaced by the degreasing step, and the purpose of opening the fiber of the fur is achieved by using the enzymic preparation used in the degreasing step instead of acid used in the pickling step, so that the purposes of reducing damage to human bodies in the pickling step and reducing environment pollution caused by a waste pickling liquid are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of sheep shearing processing, in particular to a tanning method of sheep shearling. Background technique [0002] The sheep shearing processing industry is an important traditional light industry in my country, and it is also one of the industries that emit more serious pollutants. In the sheep shearing processing industry, due to the superiority of chrome salt tanning into leather, at present, in the existing sheep shearing processing technology in my country, the traditional chrome tanning method with a history of more than 100 years is still the main tanning method in the sheep shearing processing field. Methods, due to the toxicity of hexavalent chromium, the use of chromium salts has caused great harm to the ecological environment, humans and animals, and constituted a great threat to the survival and development of human beings. With the continuous enhancement of people's awareness of environmental prot...
