Problems solved by technology

After the steel cages are formed in the processing area, they are scattered and stacked in the cage stacking area. The defects caused by this include: ①The forming area occupies a large area and the site is not clean; ②The stacking of the steel cages is scattered and easy to fall apart. The process brings a lot of inconvenience, and even affects the strength, bending moment and other properties of the pile body after forming
Furthermore, when the formed steel cages are put into the mold, it is necessary to hoist the steel cages with lengths ranging from several meters from the stacking area to the mold entry area with a crane, which will also bring serious safety hazards to the staff on site.

Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic stacking system for precast pile reinforcement cages. The system comprises a top hoisting system, a reinforcement cage automatic stacking system and a delivery system. The top hoisting system is a traveling or short-range fixed-point hoisting mechanism. The reinforcement cage automatic stacking system comprises a cage reinforcement stacking area and a rotation carrying mechanism. The delivery system comprises two portions, one portion is called a main delivery mechanism, through which reinforcement cages welded by a seam welding machine are transported to a temporary holding frame and are then hoisted to the stacking area by a hoist, the other portion is an auxiliary delivery mechanism, which comprises operation mechanisms with buffering functions such as belts. According to the system, a rotation shaft is driven by a motor, so that a chain is pulled to rotate, and automatic stacking of the reinforcement cages is achieved; the traveling or short-range fixed-point hoisting mechanism is used, and the running distance is short, so that potential safety hazards of precast pile forming sites can be effectively reduced; the scattered reinforcement cages in the precast pile forming sites are clamped to the cage reinforcement stacking area orderly, and accordingly, production sites can be saved, and the sites are clean and tidy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an automatic stacking system, in particular to an automatic stacking system for prefabricated pile reinforcement cages which can improve the automation degree of the production site, reduce the land use area, effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers, and improve the production efficiency. Background technique [0002] The prefabricated piles used on a large scale today mainly include solid piles and hollow piles. Solid piles mainly include ordinary reinforced concrete solid piles and prestressed concrete solid piles. Hollow piles include tubular piles, square piles, and rectangular piles. The forming process of the existing prefabricated piles includes: steel skeleton forming, steel skeleton entering the mold, mechanical distribution (concrete entering the mold), mold sealing-tensioning, centrifugal forming, atmospheric pressure autoclaving, stretching-demoulding and other processes. It can be seen from this that, whet...
