Each connecting branch chain comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a vertical rod vibration isolation subsystem, and the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are connected through the vertical rod vibration isolation subsystem; one end of the center branch chain is fixed to the geometric center of the equilateral triangle of the fixed platform through a universal hinge, and the other end of the center branch chain is connected to the geometric center of the moving platform through a ball pair; one ends of the three side branch chains are connected to the three outer rods of the equilateral triangle of the fixed platform through cylindrical pairs respectively, each outer rod is provided with a cross rod vibration isolation subsystem, each cross rod vibration isolation subsystem is formed by connecting a linear cross rod spring and a magneto-rheological damper in parallel, one end of each linear cross rod spring is fixed, and the other end of each linear cross rod spring is connected to the corresponding cylindrical pair; the other ends of the three side branch chains are connected to the moving platform through ball pairs respectively.
