Abstract

The invention provides a touch panel comprising an insulating layer, first axial electrodes and second axial electrodes. The insulating layer is provided with a plurality of first holes and a plurality of second holes. Each of the first axial electrodes comprises a plurality of first upper conductive units and a plurality of first lower conductive units which are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the insulating layer respectively. The first holes correspond to the first lower conductive units in an exposed manner, so that the first upper conductive units can be electrically connected with the first lower conductive units via the first holes. Each of the second axial electrodes comprises a plurality of second upper conductive units and a plurality of second lower conductive units which are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the insulating layer respectively. The second holes correspond to the second lower conductive units in an exposed manner, so that the second upper conductive units can be electrically connected with the second lower conductive units via the second holes. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the touch panel.
