Embodiment Construction

[0035] figure 1 An elevator structure 10 is shown comprising guide rails 12 and an elevator car 14 including an elevator cabin 16 mounted on a frame or car sling 18 which completely surrounds the elevator cabin Extends and serves to install the elevator car in the hoistway and carries the car parts as guide rollers and safety device 20 . It is also possible to replace the car with an IT platform. The alignment tool 22 is connected to the car rope 18 by a connecting rope 24 as a connecting member. The connecting cord 24 is secured to the upper end of a frame 26 of the alignment tool 22, which in this embodiment is of L-profile (see figure 2 with 3 ).

[0036] The frame includes supports 28 for carrying rollers 30 which run on the surface of the rail and hold the frame 26 close to the surface of the rail. The frame also carries a magnet 30 on the side facing the guide rail 12 (see figure 2 with image 3 ). The magnets are held by the rollers at a close distance from th...

Abstract

The invention refers to an elevator alignment tool (22) comprising a longitudinal frame (26) having rollers (30) being configured to run along the surface of a guide rail (12) of an elevator construction (10), which frame comprises a bias means (32) for biasing the frame against the guide rail and a connecting part (24) configured to be connected to an elevator car or an installation time platform, which tool further comprises a laser (36) mounted to the frame. This alignment tool allows an easy alignment of new guide rails to be installed during elevator installation or an easy verification of the guide rail alignment of a ready built elevator construction.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an elevator alignment tool. Such a tool is used eg during elevator installation when at least the lower majority of the guide rail sections have been installed and the car has been installed in the elevator shaft and used as an installation platform during the construction of the elevator. Of course, the elevator alignment tool of the present invention can also be used during normal use of the elevator after the elevator system has been completed to monitor or verify the straightness of the elevator guide rails. Background technique [0002] An elevator alignment tool is known, for example, from JP5193865, which shows a carrier moving along guide rails, the carrier having a reflective surface to reflect the laser light emitted by a laser mounted on the shaft pit or top of the shaft, whereby the reflected beam is given by A receiver is received and used to obtain accuracy information about the straightness of the rail. ...
