Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a measurement reference signal configuration method, a transmission method, a device, a base station and user equipment. The configuration method comprises the steps that a cell tree-shaped structure is selected, and the zero level bandwidth of the tree-shaped structure is acquired; if SRS bandwidth needed by the UE and the zero level bandwidth of the tree-shaped structure are different, the total bandwidth of each level of the tree-shaped structure is respectively expanded into the bandwidth same as the needed SRS bandwidth, and the starting frequency domain position of the SRS bandwidth of each level at the same level is recorded; the level of the SRS bandwidth needed by the UE in the expanded tree-shaped structure is determined; the level of frequency hopping bandwidth needed by the UE in the expanded tree-shaped structure is determined; the levels of the SRS bandwidth and the frequency hopping bandwidth in the expanded tree-shaped structure and the starting frequency domain position are notified to the UE; and the UE calculates the actual bandwidth of SRS transmission.
