A sending end executes the following processing in the method: link information of each link between the sending end and a receiving end is acquired; transmission time delay of each link is predicted according to the link information of each link so that a transmission time delay estimation value of each link is acquired; a sequence of arrival of data packets at the receiving end on each link is calculated and predicted according to the transmission time delay estimation value of each link; and the distribution situation of the data packets on each link is scheduled according to the sequence of arrival of the data packets at the receiving end on each link. Unnecessary retransmission and link bandwidth congestion caused by disorder of the receiving end can be avoided by the embodiment of the invention.
