Abstract

The invention provides a method for reducing copper ions in a methylene blue solution by using calcium phosphate, and belongs to the field of production technology of chemical raw materials. The method comprises the following steps: firstly dissolving methylene blue in deionized water to obtain the methylene blue solution, adding diammonium hydrogen phosphate in the methylene blue solution to prepare an A solution, dissolving calcium nitrate in deionized water to prepare a B solution, and regulating the molar ratio of the diammonium hydrogen phosphate to the calcium nitrate in the A and B solutions to 3:5; then, regulating the pH values of the A and B solutions by using ammonia water, dropwise adding the B solution into the A solution while stirring continuously, stirring to react for 4 hours at 60-80 DEG C after dropwise adding the B solution, stewing to age for 12 hours, finally filtering and washing the solution obtained in the reaction, and dissolving the obtained methylene blue residue on sieve in deionized water to obtain the methylene blue solution with low concentration of copper ions.
