Abstract

The invention provides a laundry treating machine which can comprise the components of: a tub for holding washing water, wherein cooling water is supplied to the inner surface of the tub so that the inner surface of the tub is cooled for forming a condensation surface; a drum rotatably provided in the tub for holding laundry; an air supply unit which is arranged above the tub for collecting air from inner part of the drum and circulating and supplying to the tub; a lint filter which is arranged in the channel of the air supply unit and is used for filtering the lint from air that moves along the channel of the air supply unit; a filter cleaning device which supplies cleaning water to the lint filter for removing lint from the lint filter; and a valve assembly which selectively or simultaneously supplies the washing water, the cooling water and the cleaning water from an external water source.
