Abstract
The invention belongs to the fields of polymer materials and biomedical engineering, and particularly relates to a brush copolymer with sugar, temperature and pH triple sensitivities, and a preparing method thereof. The preparing method mainly includes a first step of initiating polymerization of 4-vinylbenzyl chloride by an RAFT chain transfer agent, performing azidation, and initiating polymerization of DMA by adopting the product as a macromolecule RAFT chain transfer agent; a second step of initiating polymerization of a monomer (2-phenylborate-5-ethyl-1,3-dioxane) methacrylate (PpBDEMA) by adopting isopropyl 2-bromo-2-methylpropionate as an ATRP initiator; and a third step of subjecting the first polymer and the second polymer to azidation to obtain a third polymer. Phenylboronic acid falls off from the polymer after the polymer provided by the invention responds to sugar and the phenylboronic acid and the sugar form a micromolecule complex, and therefore the phenylboronic acid can be excreted from the body together with metabolism in the body. The polymer provided by the invention has good biocompatibility. The copolymer has sugar, temperature and pH triple responsive properties, and can be used in the fields of drug release, chemical sensors, polymer separation, and the like.
