Problems solved by technology

However, the above three measures have a certain service life and require frequent maintenance, and they have no protective effect on the sand that has been blown to the railway embankment by the wind.
The existing sand transportation measures are as follows: the air guide grille cannot transport the sand near the roadbed through the railway and accumulate on the roadbed due to the blockage of the roadbed, thereby interrupting the railway transportation

Embodiment Construction

[0028] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the drawings and embodiments.

[0029] Reference figure 1 , The sand transportation railway subgrade includes the subgrade surface 9, the subgrade bottom 8, the foundation 6, and the embankment body 7 between the subgrade bottom 8 and the foundation 6, the foundation 6, the embankment body 7, the subgrade bottom 8, and the subgrade surface 9 stack from bottom to top. The embankment body 7 is formed by densely-pressed base filling, and the embankment body 7 is provided with a sand transport tunnel along the cross section of the roadbed. The railway subgrade utilizes aerodynamic force to transport the windy sand on the windward side of the embankment to the leeward side through the sand conveying tunnel, ensuring that the railway transportation of the windy sand embankment section is not interrupted by sand burial.

Abstract

The invention relates to a sand conveying railroad bed. The sand conveying railroad bed comprises a surface layer of a subgrade bed, a bottom layer of the subgrade bed, a foundation, and an embankment main body located between the foundation and the bottom layer of the subgrade bed, wherein a sand conveying cavity moving towards a railroad bed cross-section is formed inside the embankment main body. The sand conveying cavity comprises an inlet section, a wind collecting section, a sand conveying section and an outlet section. According to the sand conveying railroad bead, sand blown by the wind on a windward side of the embankment is continuously aggregated and accelerated through the sand conveying cavity by aerodynamic force, so that the sand is smoothly conveyed to a leeside of the embankment through the railroad bed. A sand collecting pit is formed at the tail end of the sand conveying cavity, and sand materials passing through the railroad bed are collected in the sand collecting pit for centralized treatment. By using the railroad bed, accumulation of the sand materials at a road bed and a subgrade slope can be effectively prevented and treated to ensure that railroad transportation at the embankment section with the sand blown by the wind is not interrupted due to sand-burying and maintain the safety of railroad transportation.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of structural design of railway subgrades in sandstorm sections, in particular to a sand conveyance railway subgrade used in sandstorm sections with a single main wind direction and a large or vertical angle with the railway line. Background technique [0002] In my country, deserts, Gobi and desertified lands account for 18.03% of the total land area. These regions have dry climate, sparse rainfall and frequent strong winds. They are mainly distributed in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Tibet, Qinghai and Gansu provinces. Since the opening of the Baolan Railway in 1958, many lines have passed through the area, including Lanxin, Southern Xinjiang, Northern Xinjiang, Qinghai-Tibet, and Taizhongyin. The passage of the railway line will hinder the movement of sand flow. Sand accumulates on the side slope of the roadbed and the track bed. The sand will erode the shoulder of the embankment and seriously endanger the safety of railway...
