Correspondingly, the invention further provides a precision adjusting method of the hot-stamping precision adjusting structure. The precision adjusting method includes that after the hot-stamping moulds are mounted on the lining plate, the gauges are mounted in the positioning holes, the hot-stamping moulds can be adjusted in position, the adjustment dimensions of the gauges are successively increased, and the gauges can be selected according to deviation of the hot-stamping moulds, so that precision of the hot-stamping moulds can be adjusted more conveniently and accurately.
