The method comprises the following steps: (1) a phone bill statistical management server establishes the corresponding relationship between the at least one phone bill statistical server and at least one phone bill storage server according to the performance parameter of at least one phone bill statistical server and the current phone bill storage amount of at least one phone bill storage server, (2) the statistical instruction of an administrator is received, (3) according to the corresponding relationship, the statistical instruction is sent to at least one phone bill statistical server such that the at least one phone bill statistical server carries out phone bill statistics according to the phone bill data stored by the phone bill storage server corresponding to the phone bill statistical server respectively, and at least one first statistical result is generated, (4) the at least one first statistical result is received from the at least one phone bill statistical server, (5) the at least one statistical result is counted, and a second statistical result is generated, and (6) the second statistical result is sent to the administrator.
