Embodiment 1

[0018] Step 1: Disinfect the cleaned bulbs with fungicides according to the conventional method and set them aside.

[0019] Step 2: Pour peat, coconut peat, perlite, garden soil and sand with a particle size of 5 to 20mm into the soil mixer at a volume ratio of 4:3:1:1:1, and mix them at a volume ratio of 4:3:1:1:1. Add 3kg of compound fertilizer to the volume of rice as the base fertilizer, and the ratio of nutrients in the compound fertilizer is N:P:K=16:10:17. Start the soil mixer and stir for 5 minutes to mix the ingredients evenly. During the stirring process, spray 50% carbendazim 1000 times solution at the same time to disinfect the cultivation substrate. The dosage of carbendazim solution is 100L per cubic meter of cultivation substrate. The physical and chemical properties of the prepared cultivation substrate are as follows: the aggregate particle diameter is 6-10mm, the pH value is 6.0, the water content is 50%, and the substrate porosity is 70%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a colored calla lily culture substrate. The culture substrate per cubic meter is prepared by mixing the following materials: peat, coco coir, perlite, garden soil and sand according to the volume ratio of 4:3:1:1:1 and adding 3 kg of compound fertilizer comprising the materials of N, P and K, wherein the volume ratio of N to P to K is 16:10:17, and the culture substrate is sterilized by a carbendazim solution, in which the ratio of carbendazim to water is 50% to 1000, for standby application. The colored calla lily culture substrate overcomes the defect that the soft rot of the traditional colored calla lily culture substrate is severe, and meets the requirements of plants on the substrate being pervious to water, ventilated, moisturized and nutrient. Under good management measures and growth temperature, the soft rot is avoided, and the diseases and loss caused by the culture substrate are reduced in the growth process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of plant cultivation, in particular to a cultivation substrate for colored calla lilies. Background technique [0002] Calla lily is native to South Africa, also known as calla lily, calla lily, and Guanyin lotus. It belongs to the genus Calla lily of the family Araceae. Different varieties of spathes are formed in spathes of different colors such as red and pink. Colored calla lilies can be seen in both leaves and flowers, and have high ornamental value. But the growth of calla lily is susceptible to the influence of cultivation soil diseases, so it is necessary to develop a special substrate for calla lily cultivation. [0003] The Chinese Invention Patent No. 201210032873.1 published on July 18, 2012 discloses a cultivation substrate and cultivation method for colorful calla lily fresh cut flowers. 40wt% mixed. The cultivation substrate needs to be fumigated at 110-150° C. before use, which increases the produc...
