The method includes the steps that state estimation values of line measuring points are calculated through state estimation and deviation between measured values of the line measuring points and the state estimation values is obtained; the measuring points with the deviation larger than a set threshold value are defined as the large measuring error points and lines corresponding to the measuring points are set to be suspicious lines; whether data measured at the two ends of each line and data accumulated values measured through all devices of a bus connected with the line are balanced or not serves as a judgment basis, so that whether measuring data errors exist in each suspicious line or not is judged. In terms of the lines with the normal measuring data, according to the deviation between the measured values and the state estimation values, line parameters are gradually changed through a variable step size integral method, and the estimation values with the changed parameters are utilized; the parameters with the smallest deviation between the measured values and the estimation values are set to be estimation parameters of the lines.
