Abstract

The invention discloses a cutting instrument for cutting a thighbone far side surface before a thighbone component for full knee joint replacement is implanted. The cutting instrument comprises: a, a long and thin rod suitable for being inserted into a marrow inner cavity of a thighbone, b, a thighbone far end cutting block capable of guiding the cutting of the far side surface of the thighbone, and c, a thighbone far end clamp component capable of positioning the thighbone far end cutting block on a left leg or a right leg, wherein the thighbone far end clamp component comprises a thighbone far end clamp; the thighbone far end clamp comprises at least one channel used for glidingly receiving the rod at a preset valgus angle, and a far end surface suitable for being propped against the thighbone far side surface of the left leg or the right leg according to two turning directions; in the first turning direction, the rod is inserted in one of the at least one channel with a preset valgus angle used for one of the left leg and the right leg; in the second turning direction, the thighbone far end clamp turns about 180 degrees around the longitudinal axis of the clamp, and then the rod can be inserted into one of the at least one channel with a valgus angle used for the other of the left leg and the right leg.
