Problems solved by technology

However, consumers or dealers are non-professional production personnel. When inflating, they will inevitably insert the ball needle longer than the steam nozzle and puncture the inner tank, causing air leakage in the inner tank, resulting in defective products that cannot be used.

Abstract

The invention discloses an inner container air faucet for a sports ball. The inner container air faucet comprises a shell and an inner core arranged in the inner cavity of the shell, wherein the shell comprises a main body of which the length is approximately the same as that of the inner core, and an elongated protection ring connected to the lower portion of the main body; the lowermost end of the inner core is positioned above the lowermost end of the elongated protection ring; the length of the elongated protection ring is 12-18 millimeters. According to the air faucet, an air needle is prevented from being contacted with an inner container wall under the coating action of the elongated protection ring of the air faucet during inflation, thereby preventing the inner container from being punctured during inflation or deflation; moreover, the overall length of the air faucet is greater than that of the conventional air faucet, thereby lowering the probability of overflow of air inside the inner container from the air faucet, and enhancing the airtightness of the inner container. An inner container is further disclosed. The inner container is provided with the air faucet.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of components of sports balls, in particular to an inner container air nozzle for sports balls and an inner container provided with the air nozzle. Background technique [0002] A sports ball generally includes an outer skin and an inner bladder disposed in the outer skin. There is an air nozzle on the inner tank, which can be used for repeated inflation and deflation. The traditional air nozzle of the inner tank is generally covered inside the inner tank, and then inflated after being inserted with the help of an air needle. When inflated, it is covered by the inner liner to achieve the effect of inflating and expanding. However, due to the consideration of transportation costs, most of the balls with inner tanks are shipped after degassing, which can save volume and facilitate transportation; the goods will be inflated when they reach the distributor or consumer. Consumers or distributors are non-profes...
