The fertilizer is prepared by the following steps: evenly mixing the following components in parts by weight: 17 to 57 parts of thoroughly decomposed rapeseed oil cake, 0 to 10 parts of monoammonium phosphate, 3 to 13 parts of diammonium phosphate, 18 to 24 parts of potassium sulfate, 13 to 19 parts of potassium nitrate, 3 to 4 parts of potassium chloride, 0.5 to 1 part of anhydrous borax, 0.5 to 1 part of zinc sulfate, 0.5 to 1 part of magnesium sulfate, 1 to 3 parts of amino acid, 3 to 7 parts of potassium humate, fully grinding the mixture, and completely sieving the grinded mixture so as to obtain the fertilizer.
