The temperature monitoring module is used for monitoring the temperature of components and parts of every server in a monitoring cabinet. The rotating speed calculating module is used for calculating a rotating speed required by a radiating fan corresponding to every server. The fan control panels are used for controlling rotating speed of the radiating fans corresponding to every server on a control cabinet. The integral equipment cabinet ventilation wall controlling system and the integral equipment cabinet ventilation wall controlling method have the advantages that rotating speeds of the corresponding fans can be controlled according to radiating requirements of different servers in an equipment cabinet, suitable rotating speed of the corresponding radiating fans can be controlled according to actual working temperatures of the servers even if different types of servers are mounted in the equipment cabinet, spare energy consumption is avoided, and cost is saved.
