[0019] Apramycin sulfate 5kg, acetylmethaquine 10kg, sodium salicylate 100kg, atropine sulfate 1kg, chlorpheniramine 1kg.

[0020] A preparation method for an injection for treating livestock bacillary dysentery, the steps are as follows:

[0021] (1) Add 100 kg of sodium salicylate to 300 L of water for injection, then add 10 kg of acemethaquine, and stir for 10-20 minutes until the liquid is clear;

[0022] (2) Get water for injection 300L, add apramycin sulfate 5kg, atropine sulfate 1kg, chlorpheniramine 1kg successively and stir to dissolve;

[0023] (3) Combine the solution prepared by "(1)" and "(2)", add water for injection to 1000L, stir evenly, and keep it for 15-20 minutes, and the compound apramycin sulfate injection is obtained after the liquid is clear .

Embodiment 2

[0025] An injection for treating livestock bacillary dysentery, the composition of every 1000L of water for injection is as follows:

[0026] Apramycin sulfate 110kg, acetylmethaquine 150kg, sodium salicylate 400kg, atropine sulfate 20kg, chlorpheniramine 20kg.

[0027] A preparation method for an injection for treating livestock bacillary dysentery, the steps are as follows:

[0028] (1) Add 400kg of sodium salicylate to 300L of water for injection, then add 150kg of acemethaquine, and stir for 10-20 minutes until the liquid is clear;

[0029] (2) Get water for injection 300L, add apramycin sulfate 110kg, atropine sulfate 20kg, chlorpheniramine 1-20kg successively and stir to dissolve;

[0030] (3) Combine the solution prepared by "(1)" and "(2)", add water for injection to 1000L, stir evenly, and keep it for 15-20 minutes, and the compound apramycin sulfate injection is obtained after the liquid is clear .

Embodiment 3

[0032] An injection for treating livestock bacillary dysentery, the composition of every 1000L of water for injection is as follows:

[0033] Apramycin sulfate 80kg, acemetquine 80kg, sodium salicylate 300kg, atropine sulfate 15kg, chlorpheniramine 15kg.

[0034] A preparation method for an injection for treating livestock bacillary dysentery, the steps are as follows:

[0035] (1) Add 300kg of sodium salicylate into 300L of water for injection, then add 80kg of acemethaquine, and stir for 10-20 minutes until the liquid is clear;

[0036] (2) Get water for injection 300L, add successively apramycin sulfate 80kg, atropine sulfate 15kg, chlorpheniramine 15kg and stir to dissolve;

[0037] (3) Combine the solution prepared by "(1)" and "(2)", add water for injection to 1000L, stir evenly, and keep it for 15-20 minutes, and the compound apramycin sulfate injection is obtained after the liquid is clear .

Abstract

The invention relates to an injection for treating livestock bacterial dysentery and a preparing method thereof. The injection is prepared by (1) adding 100-400 kg/L of sodium salicylate into a part of water for injection, adding 10-150 kg/L of mequindox, and stirring for 10-20 min until the liquid is clear; (2) weighing a part of water for injection, adding 5-110 kg/L of apramycin sulfate, 1-20 kg/L of atropine sulfate and 1-20 kg/L of chlorphenamine in order, and stirring for dissolution; and (3) combining the solution prepared in the step (1) and the solution prepared in the step (2), adding the water for injection to a labeled volume, stirring uniformly, and maintaining for 15-20 min, then after the medicine solution is clear, the compound apramycin sulfate injection is obtained. The compound preparation comprising the apramycin sulfate and the mequindox has obvious treating effects for swine bacterial dysentery and can effectively relieve body stress responses of the livestock with diseases. Experiments prove that: combination of the apramycin sulfate, the mequindox and the atropine sulfate can obviously enhance curative effects; the injection is widely used in clinical; and the injection can be widely used for treatment of bacterial dysentery of swine, cattle, sheep, and other livestock, and can increase the survival rate and the body weight of swine, cattle and sheep.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of livestock and poultry medicine, in particular to an injection for treating livestock bacterial diarrhea and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Bacillary dysentery is a digestive tract disease that pigs, cattle, and sheep are very susceptible to infection, and can cause diarrhea and diarrhea in pigs, cattle, and sheep. The main pathogenic bacteria of bacillary dysentery are Shigella, Salmonella, etc., which can cause severe diarrhea in pigs, cattle, and sheep, and are contagious, bringing great losses to the breeding industry. [0003] At present, there are many drugs for the treatment of livestock bacillary diarrhea, such as apramycin sulfate, streptomycin, and acetylmethaquine. Among them, apramycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic produced by Micromonospora. It has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, which is effective against Gram-positive bacteria and negative bacteria, and ...
