Abstract

The invention provides a management method of digital archives in the power industry and aims to provide management on traditional paper archives in consideration of the special status of the power industry, follow the development trend of digital archives management, enhance construction and utilization of digital information resources and achieve unified management of the traditional paper archives and electronic files. The management method includes the steps of 1, deploying a main program of a digital archives place to a server; 2, allowing access to the digital archives place through an IE (internet explorer) by the aid of the server; 3, integrating a picture client, used for browsing electronic drawings, to software AUTOCAD of a browser terminal; 4, automatically uploading and archiving DWG and Office electronic files for designers; and 5, automatically reorganizing and managing the files to allow convenient consulting of physical files. In the step 5, each file has a QR (quick response) code; before consulting one physical file, a user can know the location of the file just by directly photographing the QR code and scanning on a management terminal in an archives room.
