The system comprises an acceleration sensor, a signal processing module and a server. The acceleration sensor is fixedly arranged on the mooring rope and used for collecting vibration acceleration signals of the mooring rope. The signal processing module collects and processes signals of the acceleration sensor, thereby transmitting the processed signals to the server. The server receives data sent from the signal processing module, calculates and compares the load of the rope with preset threshold value and sends early alarming signals.
