The method comprises the following steps of checking every tweet in the microblog within a presetting time period, and extracting a plurality of characteristics of the tweet related to the psychological pressure; acquiring pressure types in the tweet according to the characteristics related to the psychological pressure, and acquiring pressure degrees by utilizing a classifier; clustering pressure of all tweets within a specific time period based on the pressure types and the pressure degrees, and obtaining a comprehensive pressure fluctuation state diagram; selecting corresponding counseling strategy to counsel according to the comprehensive pressure fluctuation state diagram. The invention provides a system for checking and counseling the psychological pressure of the adolescents based on the microblog. The system comprises a characteristic extracting module, a pressure checking module, a pressure clustering module and a pressure counseling module.
