The invention discloses a

system comprises a base. An inserting groove is formed in the top of the base. A vertical rod is arranged in the inserting groove. The top end of the vertical rod is connected with a human-shaped rubber doll. Pressure switches and LED
colored lamps are embedded into the
surface layer of one side of the human-shaped rubber doll. A power source is arranged at the side, far away from the pressure switches, of the human-shaped rubber doll. The power source, the pressure switches and the LED
colored lamps form a series circuit. An annular groove is formed in the outer circle of the base. Two mounting cavities are formed in the base. The
system used for psychological decompression is simple in structure. By beating the human-shaped rubber doll, the pressure switches are triggered, the circuit is connected, the LED
colored lamps give out light, interest of people is increased, the attentions of people are distracted, and the
metal stress is relieved. Meanwhile, by adjusting pretightening force of a second spring, constraining force to the vertical rod by a connecting band can be adjusted. After the human-shaped rubber doll is beaten by people, different sorts of
counterforce can be achieved, the system is suitable for being used by different
