Problems solved by technology

First, a system using two detectors or two lasers is approximately the addition of two separate systems, which is bulky and expensive
Second, systems with additional optics will have additional background noise that is much larger than the blood signal we are trying to detect
Finally, to bring all these optics together, the numerical aperture (i.e., the angle at which light is collected by the condenser lens toward the sample object) becomes smaller and the sensitivity of the system becomes lower

Embodiment Construction

[0050] The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments and is not intended to be limiting of the inventive concepts. "Comprising" as used herein and in the claims means including the following parts without excluding other parts.

[0051] refer to figure 1 a and figure 1 b, the transmission-reflection interchangeable Raman detection device of an embodiment of the present invention includes a laser source 20, a sample holder 24 and a detector 36, which are connected to a frame along a signal axis 26 (for convenience Note that the connection is not shown in the diagram). A line filter 22 is installed at the front end of the laser light source 20 . A compound parabolic concentrator (CPC) 28, a first notch filter 30 (notch filter), a second notch filter 32 and a lens 34 are respectively aligned in sequence between the sample holder 24 and the detector 36 along the signal axis 26 During the period, the CPC 28 is closest to the sample holder 2...

Abstract

The invention discloses an optical signal detection device for physiological detection and a method for analyzing sample components. Exciting light goes to a sample in one direction selectively for production of transmission raman signals in a transmission modle or goes to the sample in another direction for production of reflection raman signals in a reflection mode. Through the analysis of transmission and reflection raman signals, content of components in the sample can be determined.

Description

[0001] 【Related application】 [0002] This application claims priority from US Provisional Application (Application No. 61 / 933131, filed January 29, 2014), which is hereby incorporated by reference into this application. [0003] 【Field of Invention】 [0004] The invention relates to a measuring device, in particular to a measuring instrument for detecting the content of analytes in a sample by analyzing Raman signals, and the Raman signals are obtained through transmission and reflection modes. [0005] 【Background technique】 [0006] Non-invasive detection of a certain analyte in human blood, or non-invasive blood testing, has been a dream for more than 20 years because of its convenience, hygiene, and comfort. And one of the ways to put this into practice is by using optical measurements, such as Raman spectroscopy for diagnostics. [0007] However, in this non-invasive measurement, the Raman signal is mainly from the skin, and the spectral peak corresponding to blood is n...
