Abstract
The invention discloses a combustion-restricted layer formula applied to an NEPE (Nitrate Ester Plasticized Polyether) propellant. The combustion-restricted layer formula comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 51-74 percent of adhesive, 9-12 percent of a curing agent, 8-22 percent of reinforcing filler, 3-5 percent of an anti-aging agent, 5-8 percent of a network regulator and 1-2 percent of a curing catalyst, wherein the adhesive refers to a hydroxyl-terminated polymer; the curing agent refers to an isocyanate compound; the reinforcing filler refers to an inorganic compound; the anti-aging agent refers to an aromatic compound; the network regulator refers to a compound which contains at least two functional groups; and the curing catalyst refers to an organic metal compound. The combustion-restricted layer formula disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of good processing property, room temperature curing property, adjustable curing time and excellent overall performance and is applied to end face cladding of a high-energy propellant engine.
