The processing unit responds to the operation that the user touches one position of the virtual keyboard after the virtual keyboard is generated, and touched keys and corresponding key values are determined according to touch positions. The processing unit can generate a three-dimensional key when judging that the touched key is a character key and can control the three-dimensional key to be displayed at the position of the touched key in a floating and protruding mode, and the corresponding key value is controlled to be displayed on the upper surface of the three-dimensional key.
