The system comprises a simulation scenario subsystem for implementing the edition and execution of a scenario, a simulation entity subsystem for implementing simulation execution of action power, an organization and an information service mode entity in the simulation scenario as well as simulation execution of an associated task environment and an application system, a simulation support subsystem for providing running monitoring of information flow simulation execution, data management, HLA (High Level Architecture) / RTI (Real Time Integration) service, comprehensive analysis, geographic information and simulation data storage service, and an application support network, wherein the simulation scenario subsystem, the simulation entity subsystem and the simulation support subsystem are connected to the application support network in order to realize information interaction among the subsystems.
