The method comprises the steps that an HPLMN and an RPLMN are obtained when the mobile terminal is in a started state; whether the HPLMN and the RPLMN are the same or not is compared, and access point APN information stored in a global operator access point information storage list is obtained according to the comparison result; the obtained APN information is used in the mobile terminal to initiate an LTE network binding request; whether the binding request is successful or not is judged; if yes, the mobile terminal successfully registers to the LTE network.
