Abstract

According to an example embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus comprising: a memory configured to store a flow management policy; and at least one processing core configured to process all data while the apparatus is attached to a first radio access technology. the flow management policy is evaluated to determine priority between at least a second radio access technology and a third radio access technology with respect to at least one first flow active between the device and the first radio access technology stage order; the at least one processing core is further configured to cause the at least one first flow to be responsive to determining that the third radio access technology is preferred over the second radio access technology for the at least one first flow At least one flow in is transferred to the third radio access technology, wherein at least one second flow active between the apparatus and the first radio technology is not caused to be transferred.
