Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparation of an inorganic mineralized microcapsule based on liquid drops obtained by dissolution of ethanol's crystal nucleuses in water. The method includes: 1. preparing sodium carbonate or dipotassium hydrogen phosphate into a saturated water solution, injecting the saturated solution into an ethanol solution and conducting violent stirring for 3-12h till crystals of the sodium carbonate or dipotassium hydrogen phosphate are evenly distributed in ethanol; 2. dissolving calcium iodide in ethanol to make a calcium iodide-ethanol solution; 3. mixing 1-4mL of an ethanol solution of sodium carbonate salt or dipotassium hydrogen phosphate crystals with 1-4mL of an ethanol solution of calcium iodide evenly, and adding 2-10mL of water to form precipitate; and 4. cleaning the precipitate by a natural settling or centrifugation method, thus obtaining the microcapsule of calcium phosphate or calcium carbonate. The method has the advantages of simplicity, strong repeatability, and loose requirements for experimental conditions, and can realize drug loading and pH control release.
