The invention discloses a two-dimensional perovskite thin film material, a solar cell and a preparation method of the two-dimensional perovskite thin film material. Lead iodide, formamidine iodide, chloromethylamine, calcium bromide and calcium iodide are used as raw materials, dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide are used as a mixed solvent to prepare a perovskite precursor solution, and the film material is obtained through annealing after spin coating. The solar cell sequentially comprises a conductive substrate, an electron transport layer and a perovskite light absorption layer, a perovskite precursor solution is spin-coated on the conductive substrate coated with the electron transport layer, and the two-dimensional perovskite solar cell is prepared after annealing. The two-dimensional perovskite thin film material is used as a perovskite light absorption layer material in a solar cell. The chemical composition of the two-dimensional perovskite thin film is (CaBr) 2 (FA) n-1PbnI3n + 1, wherein FA is formamidine cations. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the two-dimensional perovskite thin film material with relatively high crystallinity and relatively good performance can be obtained so that the photoelectric performance and efficiency of the perovskite solar cell are improved.

The preparation method of the metal halide pill comprises the steps of preparing a sodium iodide, thallium iodide, indium iodide, calcium iodide and cerium iodide mixture fusion solution, ejecting and cooling the mixture fusion solution, solidifying the mixture fusion solution into a ball, and performing impurity removal and screening on the solidified ball. The mercury-containing metal halide lamp adopts a synergistic effect of sodium iodide, thallium iodide, indium iodide, calcium iodide and cerium iodide, so that the mercury-containing metal halide lamp containing the metal halide pill is stable in color temperature, corrosion to an electric arc tube is effectively avoided, and the mercury-containing metal halide lamp is high in lighting effect, good in color rendering index and color temperature and long in service life.

The invention discloses a glass film containing rare-earth-ion-doped calcium iodide microcrystalline and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme is characterized in that the glass film comprises the following compositions in percent by mole: 70-74 mol% of germanium dioxide, 10-15 mol% of boric oxide, 10-16 mol% of calcium iodide, and 1-4 mol% of a rare-earth iodide, wherein the rare-earth bromide is one of europium(II) iodide, cerium (III) iodide and terbium iodide. The advantages comprise that a sol-gel technology is a low-temperature wet-chemical-process glass preparation technology, the glass is obtained through hydrolysis of a precursor raw material and a polymerization chemical reaction process, the film material can be prepared under a certain liquid viscosity condition, and the low-temperature synthesis condition is capable of effectively preventing the iodide raw material from being decomposed and volatilized; and because of volatilization and decomposition of the solvent, certain micropores are generated in the glass prepared through the sol-gel method, and the micropores provide good environment for generation of nanometer iodide microcrystalline, and thus crystallized-particle nonuniformity and glass devitrification caused by incomplete uniformity of melt-glass chemical compositions and crystallization processing temperature are overcome to a certain degree.
