Each installation hole is provided with vertical through grooves extending along the front and back direction. The inner body is provided with protuberances for passing through the vertical through grooves respectively from the front to the back. The hole walls of the installation holes are provided with crosswise guiding grooves. The groove bottoms of crosswise guiding grooves are in stop cooperation with the bottom portions of the protuberances to prevent the inner insulators form being separated from the installation holes form back to the front. The outer body is provided with pin perforation holes.
