Embodiment Construction
[0038] figure 1 and figure 2 Two variants of the fluid system of the cold beverage dispenser according to the invention are shown. The dispenser comprises a beverage cooling reservoir 1 for receiving beverage introduced through an inlet 12 . The reservoir 1 is equipped with a thermoelectric device 2 for cooling (also called a Peltier cooling device). A thermoelectric device 2 is secured to the side of the reservoir for transferring heat from beverage stored in the reservoir to the thermoelectric device. The reservoir 1 includes a temperature sensor 10 to control the temperature of the beverage. The sensor 10 is preferably positioned so as to detect the temperature away from the side 11 of the reservoir in contact with the thermoelectric device, preferably above the side 11 remote from the reservoir in contact with the thermoelectric device. Any type of temperature sensor can be used, such as a negative temperature coefficient thermistor (NTC).
