A first pressure balance chamber and a second pressure balance chamber formed by sealing a transition pressure bearing shell with a pressure bearing sealing plug and a shell at the back end of the logging instrument are respectively arranged at the two ends of the guide pressure bearing shell, and are used for balancing the pressure of an axial balance rod and an axial thrust rod on the sliding sleeve component, so that the sliding sleeve component is not subjected to the resistance in the sliding process.
