The method includes: acquiring a detection rule, including search conditions allowing navigation E-map data to be detected to be found, from a rule table of the database; according to the search conditions, finding the corresponding navigation E-map data; according to the detection rule, detecting specific attribute data of the navigation E-map data, and if the specific attribute data meets attribute indexes, determining that the data quality of the navigation E-map data meets target requirements of data quality.
