Abstract

The feeder comprises a shell, a rotating shaft, a tapered box bin rotor, a left end cover, a right end cover and an adjusting screw rod. A material cavity is formed in the shell and matched with the box bin rotor, a feeding connecting pipe and a discharging connecting pipe are arranged on the two sides of the shell respectively and communicated with the material cavity, and a steam port is further formed in the shell and communicated with the material cavity. The steam port is connected with an external steam source. A plurality of feeding bins are formed in the circumferential direction of the box bin rotor, the outer edge of the box bin rotor is tightly attached to the inner wall of the material cavity, and the box bin rotor is coaxially and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft. The left end cover and the right end cover are located on the two axial sides of the box bin rotor respectively and connected with the shell.
