According to the method for rapidly positioning and recognizing the one-dimensional barcode of the outer commodity package, the one-dimensional barcode on the outer commodity package is automatically and rapidly positioned, a barcode region is segmented, the barcode is finally recognized, and a whole commodity is accurately recognized.
