Spring fixing plates (4) capable of sliding, buffering strips (5), locking clamp plates (11) and limiting covers (10) fixed to the buffering cylinders (3) are sequentially installed outwards at the positions, close to the outer side ends, of the head buffering cylinder (3) and the tail buffering cylinder (3). The spring fixing plates (4) are connected with the damping springs (1).
