After a file to be edited is set by a setting picture for the file to be edited, the file to be edited is acquired from the server and sent to each user terminal to be edited by a user; after the editing operation is executed, the editing operation is sent to the server and the other user terminals together with a timestamp; the user terminals receiving the editing operation judge whether the timestamp and the editing object of the editing operation are the same as those of a current editing operation; if yes, editing operation infusion is performed, each user selects one editing operation to execute, and the selected editing operation is sent to the server to be executed and saved.
