This invention relates to the field of
heat exchanger tube manufacturing and
assembly technology, specifically to an automated
cutting and
assembly device for
heat exchanger tubes. The device includes a guiding and conveying structure, a flow-diverting and limiting structure, and a
cutting and
assembly structure. The flow-diverting and limiting structure is fixedly connected to one side of the guiding and conveying structure, and the
cutting and
assembly structure is also fixedly connected to one side of the flow-diverting and limiting structure. The guiding and conveying structure guides the
heat exchanger tubes, pushing them to switch positions on the flow-diverting and limiting structure. The flow-diverting and limiting structure is used for switching the heat exchanger tubes and also provides multi-point limiting functionality through a control guiding unit. The cutting and
assembly structure is used for cutting and assembling the heat exchanger tubes. The cutting component performs multi-
position angle cutting, and the assembly component guides the assembly, resulting in an
interference fit between the heat exchanger tubes and the heat exchanger
mating plate. This structural design facilitates
integrated production processes of material guiding, cutting, and assembly, improving the
automation capability of heat exchanger manufacturing.
