Abstract

The Bluetooth technology and biometric feature recognition based payment method comprises the steps that a receiver terminal searches potential payers within a preset range through Bluetooth and sends a payment request to payer terminals; the receiver terminal receives encrypted payment preparation instructions returned by the payer terminals and forwards the encrypted payment preparation instructions to a third-party payment server; the third-party payment server obtains payment accounts of the potential payers and corresponding biometric feature information; the receiver terminal acquires the biometric feature information of current payers and sends encrypted biometric feature information to the third-party payment server; the third-party payment server determines the current payers according to the biometric feature information and completes payment according to the corresponding payment preparation instructions; the receiver terminal receives payment results returned by the third-party payment server and forwards the payment results to the payer terminals.
