Abstract

The bending elasticity tester structurally comprises a base, a micrometer, a palm fiber bending and fixing clip and an electronic scale, wherein the electronic scale is placed on the base, the palm fiber bending and fixing clip is arranged above the electronic scale, the micrometer is fixedly arranged on a movable cross rod, and the movable cross rod penetrates through two vertical round rods fixedly arranged on the base to move up and down and are rotatably fixed through screws. The tester has the advantages that 1) contact between palm fiber bending deformation and stress is established through displacement of the micrometer and the numerical value of the electronic scale, and the whole tester is skillfully established through relatively simple equipment which is low in cost; 2) multiple devices of the tester can be movably retracted, and the fixed cross rod of the micrometer can be adjusted up and down so as to test fibers with different curvatures, and the palm fiber bending and fixing clip further can be adjusted in length left and right so as to realize different curvatures of the fibers; and 3) the two main measuring parts, namely the micrometer and the electronic scale, are electronically read, so that the micrometer and the electronic scale are relatively precise.
